Linda's Goal
Linda wanted to reach 10,000 subscribers on Instagram by January 1st and grow her coaching business alongside her content. I joined the team in mid-November, giving me about 1.5 months to help increase her subscriber count from 4,000 to 10,000 while also supporting her coaching goals.

She already had one viral video on Instagram (1 million views), which inspired her to pursue content creation full-time. The problem was that she didn’t have much experience with social media, and her once-high engagement had gradually declined after the viral video. When I joined, her subscriber count had stabilized at 4,000.
How I did it
I did the following to reach our goal:

Defining a clear brand voice and tone.

Setting audience expectations and building a sustainable shooting schedule for Linda.

Identifying her natural strengths and shaping content around that sweet spot.

Coordinating with other editors to keep the work consistent.

Paying attention to analytics to understand what was resonating and what wasn’t.

Prioritizing one primary platform and letting it drive the others.

Maintaining a consistent short-form cadence while engaging directly with the community.

Editing short-form content with a focus on retention, without losing the intended audience.

Creating simple funnels and landing pages to support cross-platform growth.
The work was less about chasing trends and more about sustainability, leaning into what made Linda special, and focusing on that while engaging with her community.
Results

Reached 18,000 Instagram subscribers by January 1st, exceeding the original goal by 80%.
